About us
Prescot Oasis Centre formed in 1994 by Prescot Community Church. The centre started as a need led program aimed at helping the neediest in our community. Prescot Oasis has grown to be one of the largest social programmes in the borough of Knowsley. The centre is working for the community and is non-profit organisation. We have provided the impetus for others to take the Oasis model and set up their own 'Oasis Centre' in other parts of the country. Prescot Oasis consists on various departments that provide trainings, apprenticeships, gardening services, landscaping services, paint services, decoration services, training in care & NVQ's qualifications with job placements, vocational programmes and youth clubs.
